Overview Join our dynamic team as a Bilingual Store Manager, where your leadership and multilingual skills will drive store success and create an exceptional shopping experience for diverse customers. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct employee orientation sessions, facilitate training & development programs, and promote a positive team environment. Manage payroll processing, cash handling procedures, and bookkeeping tasks accurately and efficiently. Utilize POS systems for transactions, pricing adjustments, and inventory tracking to maintain accurate records. Coordinate purchasing decisions, inventory management, and stock replenishment to optimize store performance. Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Ensure compliance with safety standards, store policies, and legal requirements related to retail management. Skills Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is essential for effective communication with diverse customers and team members. Strong leadership skills with previous supervisory or assistant manager experience in retail or grocery settings. Excellent communication skills for training staff, negotiating with vendors, and engaging customers confidently. Proven ability in employee orientation, interviewing candidates, recruiting top talent, and managing team performance. Expertise in inventory management, merchandising, pricing strategies, and retail math to maximize profitability. Skilled in managing POS systems, cash handling procedures, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and budgeting tasks. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during shift management or busy periods. Experience in marketing initiatives such as promotional planning or wireless sales campaigns is a plus. Strong time management skills combined with organizational abilities to oversee store operations seamlessly. Knowledge of retail sales techniques including customer service excellence and phone etiquette to enhance the shopping experience.
