Job DescriptionStarting wage is $15-20/hr depending on experience Domino's Pizza in New Prague, United States, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at 106 E Main St. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the development of our team members.
Lead and motivate team members to maintain high standards of food quality and customer serviceManage daily shift operations, including opening and closing proceduresEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and company policiesAssist in training and developing team members to meet performance goalsHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionallyOversee food preparation, including making pizzas and other menu itemsManage inventory, place orders, and process invoices for food and suppliesSupport the General Manager in achieving store performance targetsMaintain a clean and organized work environmentAssist in scheduling and payroll managementImplement and support marketing initiatives and promotionsQualificationsProven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environmentExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsStrong communication abilities, both verbal and writtenDemonstrated ability to make sound decisions and solve problems efficientlyFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysOutstanding attendance record and punctualityProficiency in basic math and cash handlingExperience in food preparation and knowledge of food safety practicesAbility to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume settingStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applicationsPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 poundsHigh school diploma or equivalent (required)Previous experience in pizza-making is a plusAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
