Dairy Queen Store Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of a high volume QSR restaurant with a mindset of running the business efficiently and profitably as possible while keeping quality and food safety to the highest standards. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as hiring/training new employees. Ensuring that employees are well trained and provide excellent service. Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to a team of people Manage the operations and finances of the business Recruit and train new hires on business practices Drive the development of employees Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained Handle Ordering, Scheduling, Payroll Reports, Food Cost Reports Ensuring equipment is being maintained Keeping a clean work environment

Experience:

restaurant management: 3 years (Required) general manager: 3 years (Preferred) restaurant: 5 years (Preferred)

License:

ServSafe Manager (Preferred)
