Job Description
What will you be doing? Greet and assist customers who approach the parts counter Answer parts related calls and inquries Create parts & accessory quotes for service department and sales department Coordinate with service department and sales department to ensure seamless repair operations for customers Follow up on ordered parts and notify customers and service department upon arrival What are we looking for? An organized team player who is focused on providing exceptional customer service Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multi-task in an always changing work environment Strong computer skills and ability to use parts look-up and ordering systems Someone who is willing to learn and be trained on Head Parts Manager duties Why Join Thibert Chevrolet?
