Job Summary Join our vibrant Treasure Shoppe team as a Key Holder and become the heart of our retail experience! Your enthusiasm and dedication will help drive sales, maintain an inviting store environment, and ensure every visitor leaves with a smile. If you thrive in a lively retail setting and enjoy connecting with our many repeat customers, this is the perfect opportunity. Hours 9AM-3PM Monday-Friday 10AM-1PM Saturday CLOSED Sunday Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts Manage inventory by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability Requirements Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to perform merchandising, stocking, and inventory management tasks efficiently Strong communication skills Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for accurate transactions Supervising experience is a plus for future leadership opportunities within the team Preferred Previous retail sales experience (preferred but not required) Management experience (preferred but not required) Join us as a Treasure Shoppe Sales Associate and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering joy through exceptional service.
