Job Description

About the
Role:
As the fearless leader of your Eagle Stop store, you're not just running a gas station—you're running a tight ship, a friendly pit stop, a well-oiled machine, and sometimes, a neighborhood hangout. You'll guide your crew, make smart calls, solve problems, and keep the place running smoother than a fresh oil change. This is your store, your team, your turf—own it. Your Mission (a.k.a. What You'll Do): Keep daily operations cruising by following company policies and setting the standard. Recruit, interview, and hire new team members who are as awesome as you. Create schedules, train new hires, and make sure everyone knows the game plan. Ensure the store stays safe, clean, and customer-friendly (think smiles, not spills). Be the go-to for customer questions, compliments, and occasional complaints. Handle all the money stuff—from bank deposits and payroll to audits and safe management.
Be the fuel master:
set prices, check tanks, report readings, and make sure it all flows smoothly. Manage inventory like a boss—from fuel and snacks to lottery tickets and promo tags. Oversee food service with health codes in mind (and hot dogs at the ready). Keep things sparkling—clean the car wash, check the filters, and keep equipment in top shape. Stay on budget, rock your reports, and make sure the store runs efficiently.
Superpower Required:
Yes, you're the boss. This role comes with direct leadership over your crew—guide them, grow them, and keep the vibe high. What You Bring to the
Nest:
High school diploma or GED (preferred, but we're all about potential, too!) Strong people skills—you can talk to anyone, handle tough stuff, and build a solid team.
Comfortable with basic tech:
email, spreadsheets, and learning new systems. Organized, multitask-savvy, and cool under pressure. Previous management experience If you're ready to run your own show, take on a challenge, and have a little fun doing it—we want to hear from you. Fly higher with Eagle Stop. Let's make it happen.
