Execute and enforce all company policies, procedures, and operational standards with consistency and accountability.

The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and operation of the Born United retail location. This role drives sales growth, develops a high-performing team, and ensures that every customer experiences a welcoming and engaging shopping environment. The General Manager sets the standard for execution, culture, and brand representation while acting as the primary liaison between the store and the corporate team.Key Responsibilities:
Set, track, and achieve sales goals across daily, weekly, monthly, and annual targets; implement strategies to consistently drive revenue growth.Champion and teach Born Uniteds mission by creating a comfortable, inclusive, and customer-focused shopping environment.

Qualifications:
Retail management experience, preferably in a leadership or general management role requiredProven ability to drive sales and meet or exceed performance targetsStrong leadership, coaching, and team development skillsExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environmentStrong understanding of customer service principles and retail operationsExperience with Shopify preferredExperience in inventory management preferredWork Environment & Expectations:
