Collision Center Manager / Body Shop Manager Moberly Motor Company | Moberly, Missouri Build a strong team. Take pride in the work. Build your career here. Moberly Motor Company is looking for a Collision Center Manager / Body Shop Manager who wants to lead, improve, and grow with us. We're a family-owned dealership serving our community since 1943, and we're looking for someone ready to make a long-term commitment to our team and our customers. Collision repair and insurance experience are valuable—but leadership, organization, and the right attitude matter most. If you have those strengths and a willingness to learn, we're willing to train the right person in the collision business. You want a place where you can contribute, grow, and build a future. What you'll do Lead daily body shop operations and coordinate the collision repair workflow. Plan schedules and work with technicians, estimators, parts personnel, and dealership leadership to keep repairs moving. Communicate with customers and insurance representatives about repair progress, approvals, and next steps. Oversee estimates, supplements, documentation, and repair status, with training provided as needed. Set clear expectations for quality, productivity, teamwork, and customer service. Identify bottlenecks, solve problems, and help the department improve and grow. Experience that helps Experience in collision repair, auto body estimating, insurance claims, repair planning, or shop management is a plus. We also welcome candidates with strong leadership experience in automotive service or another business where organization, customer service, and team performance are essential.
