Printing Department Supervisor

Own the floor. Drive your team. Deliver quality work. We are seeking a strong, hands-on Flexo Press Department Supervisor who knows how to run production without missing a beat. This isn't a sit back leadership role. You'll be on the floor, setting the pace, supporting your team, and making sure every job moves efficiently from start to finish. You'll take ownership of the workflow, monitor team performance, and keep production aligned with schedule and quality standards. From troubleshooting issues to keeping operators focused and on track, you're the one making sure nothing slows the line down. Duties Oversee daily press operations to meet production, quality, and delivery targets Lead, coach, and develop pressroom employees; manage performance and training Ensure print quality standards and resolve production issues Enforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance Partner with Maintenance on equipment performance and up time Monitor materials usage and control waste Collaborate with Prepress, Planning, and Customer Care to support production flow Track and report key metrics (efficiency, waste, downtime, on-time delivery) Requirements 5+ years of flexographic printing experience Prior leadership experience in manufacturing Strong knowledge of printing processes, materials, and troubleshooting Experience with ERP or production systems preferred Why apply?
