Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at our Olivette, United States location. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the store's overall success.

Manage and supervise staff during assigned shifts, setting a positive example for the teamEnsure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and food safety standardsOversee cash handling, inventory management, and cost control measuresSchedule and coordinate staff to maintain optimal coverage and efficiencyTrain and develop team members to meet performance standards and company goalsResolve customer concerns promptly and professionallyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentAssist in implementing marketing initiatives and promotionsCollaborate with the General Manager to achieve store profitability targetsPrepare and submit accurate reports and paperwork as requiredParticipate in the hiring and onboarding process for new team membersQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience in food service or retail management preferredStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsProficiency in cash handling, inventory management, and cost controlAbility to create and manage staff schedules effectivelyKnowledge of food safety and hygiene standards; certification preferredProficient computer skills for order processing and inventory managementStrong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 poundsPositive attitude and ability to motivate team membersAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
