Assistant Manager St. Charles- Crumbl Cookie

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to oversee Crumbl Cookie St. Charles location. This role requires a motivated individual with a positive energy.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage daily kitchen operations to ensure a continuous supply of fresh cookies. Maintain quality control and cleanliness of the store. Track and analyze store metrics and reports. Motivate and coach employees to enhance daily processes. Address and resolve conflicts or complaints from customers and employees. Conduct inventory on ingredients and oversee catering orders. Coordinate employee schedules and assist with opening and closing the store as needed. Stay updated with corporate posts/news/info on our internal app. Work closely with the owner and manager to create a fantastic workplace.

Must Have's:

A positive energy and personality. A strong desire to work at Crumbl and uphold its standards. Current ServSafe Food Manager Certification At least 2-5 years of food management experience. Willingness to train and learn all the ins and outs about Crumbl Flexible schedule to open or close the store when needed.

Job Details:

Hours vary based on store needs. Full-time position, expected 40+ hours per week. Training and support provided. Eligible for a bonus based on labor, food cost, and health inspection performance.

Requirements:

Prior restaurant/food management experience (5 years required). Superior customer service skills. Ability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs. Enjoy baking and having fun.
