Job DescriptionDomino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at our Creve Coeur, United States location. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, leading our team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Assist in managing day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality controlLead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standardsEnsure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and maintaining a positive dining experienceImplement and maintain company policies, procedures, and food safety standardsAssist in financial management, including cash handling, sales reporting, and cost controlCollaborate with the General Manager to achieve store goals and improve overall performanceHandle customer orders, prepare food, and maintain a clean and organized work environmentParticipate in local marketing initiatives and community engagement activitiesTroubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they ariseContribute to a positive team culture and foster a collaborative work environmentQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in food service or retail management preferredStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProven customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanorAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systemsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesDetail-oriented with a focus on quality and cleanlinessFlexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysValid driver's license with 2 years' experience if 18 or 1 year if 19 or olderClean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background checkReliable transportation with proof of auto insurancePhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 poundsFood safety certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employmentAdditional InformationBENEFITSFlexible scheduling -- full & part-time positions availableCompetitive wages1 week of PTOPaid mileageEmployee discount on all food itemsAdvancement opportunitiesPaid training program
