Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager with prior womens fashion retail experience,to lead our retail team and drive store performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in retail management. As a Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Manage inventory control, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising products effectively. Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy in employee compensation and scheduling. Conduct employee orientation and training programs to develop staff skills in customer service and sales techniques. Implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for the store. Supervise daily operations including cashiering, customer service, and shift management. Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and make informed decisions regarding pricing and promotions. Maintain high standards of store presentation through effective merchandising and organizational practices. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development. Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others effectively. Proficient in employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development processes. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for enhancing customer communication. Experience in payroll management, bookkeeping, inventory management, and cash handling. Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising staff. Knowledge of retail sales strategies, marketing techniques, and wireless sales is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Strong organizational skills with effective time management capabilities. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and administrative tasks related to store operations. Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately for budgeting and pricing decisions.
