Job Description
Summary The Manager Trainee works under the direct supervision of managers and senior leaders and is responsible for developing the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to advance into a management role. This position is designed to provide hands on experience through structured departmental rotations and real world assignments. The goal is to prepare high potential employees for future leadership roles by gaining a comprehensive understanding of company operations, policies, and strategic objectives. Program Overview Manager Trainees will rotate through multiple departments—such as Operations, Food Safety & Quality, Human Resources, Finance, Safety & Health, and Supply Chain—to gain exposure to all major business functions. During the program, trainees contribute to operational improvement, support management initiatives, and assist with evaluating departmental performance through data analysis, reporting, and process review. Key Responsibilities Learn and demonstrate a working understanding of overall company operations, policies, and procedures Support managers and supervisors with daily operational and administrative activities while developing leadership skills Participate in cross functional rotations to understand departmental workflows and interdependencies Assist with data analysis, report preparation, and performance evaluations to support management decision making Identify improvement opportunities and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety Learn the "how" and "why" behind company processes to effectively support long term management goals Development & Training During the training period, the Manager Trainee II will learn to identify, analyze, and apply effective business strategies and operational processes. Trainees will gain a thorough understanding of the company's core functions and day to day operations. Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and adaptability are critical for success in this role.
