A Retail Associate Manager assists the manager at a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. Supervises sales associates and retail store operations. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. May prepare work schedules and hire, train and evaluate sales associates. May supervise warehouse, cleaning, maintenance or security staff. Assists with resolving customer complaints.

Assistant Store Manager Qualifications:

Familiarity with the English Language. Preferably local, Earth is great but we are looking for applicants close to the location. A love of detail. Listen well, contribute passionately, and who have the ability to self-organize when in a learning environment. People skills are necessary.
