What You'll Be Doing:
Lead day-to-day salon operations with energy, professionalism, and attention to detail Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team that delivers outstanding customer service and sales results Drive memberships, retail sales, and service revenue through relationship-building and proven sales strategies Create a clean, welcoming, and positive environment customers love Monitor sales performance, manage budgets and cash handling, and oversee daily administrative tasks Build community awareness through local marketing and in-store promotions
Qualifications:
