• We build meaningful connections beyond our stores About the Role As an Assistant Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in leading day-to-day operations while creating an environment where both your team and guests feel energized and supported.

You'll play a key role in developing the Brew Crew, driving operational success, and delivering an exceptional customer experience—especially during those busy rushes where leadership matters most. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and support Shift Leaders and Baristas Deliver and model outstanding guest service Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling Help manage labor, inventory, and daily operations Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and standards Review reports and identify opportunities to improve performance Support marketing initiatives and in-store promotions Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Step in confidently during high-volume shifts and lead by example Contribute ideas to improve team performance and store operations What We're Looking For Leadership experience (coffee or food service preferred, but not required) Strong communication and people skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude and willingness to lead by example Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Passion for coffee, teamwork, and community Why Join City Brew?
