Join Our Team as a Service Manager (Assistant Manager) — Montana Do you thrive on leading a team, driving sales, and delivering a customer experience people rave about? We're looking for a Service Manager to serve as second-in-command of our automotive repair center — someone who can run the shop floor, develop technicians, and hit sales targets alongside our Store Manager.

What You'll Own:

Drive the Sales Process — Lead by example executing our sales process: You'll handle estimates, approvals, and customer communication with confidence. Run a Tight Shop — Manage technician workload, repair order assignments, and parts availability to keep the shop flowing efficiently. Ensure full compliance with Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI). Develop Your Team — Train and coach service technicians to improve efficiency, repair quality, and customer satisfaction. Monitor productivity and hold the team accountable. Deliver on Operations — Support staffing, scheduling, and payroll input, and report sales, shop productivity, and labor efficiency metrics as needed. Champion Safety & Compliance — Promote a clean, safe work environment in line with OSHA, environmental, and brand standards. Support the Store Manager — Partner on strategic priorities and help drive overall store performance.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in automotive service advising, shop management, or comparable retail/service leadership Strong sales and communication skills — you can present and close Organizational and leadership chops to manage workflow and priorities in a fast-paced shop A genuine commitment to outstanding customer service
