• $23+ Per Hour + Bonuses | Full-time Position Previous Automotive Detailing, Reconditioning, and/or Inventory Experience Preferred Denny Menholt University Honda is hiring an Automotive Detail / Reconditioning Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vehicle detailing and reconditioning department.

We are looking for someone who can lead a team, prioritize inventory needs, coordinate vehicle reconditioning, and help ensure vehicles are frontline-ready in a timely manner. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, hands-on individual who takes pride in maintaining high vehicle presentation standards while managing workflow efficiently. The ideal candidate will have previous automotive detailing or recon experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to keep operations moving efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the detail and reconditioning department Manage vehicle inventory flow and recon scheduling Ensure vehicles are cleaned, detailed, and frontline-ready Inspect completed work to maintain dealership quality standards Coordinate with Sales and Service departments to prioritize vehicle needs Monitor productivity and maintain efficient workflow Assist with training and supporting detail staff Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the department

Qualifications:

Previous automotive detailing, reconditioning, and/or inventory experience preferred Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills High attention to detail and quality control Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional communication and teamwork skills Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required Denny Menholt University Honda serves the Missoula, Spokane, Kalispell, Victor, and Hamilton areas!
