Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive store success. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and implement effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities & Duties Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and develop retail team members through consistent communication, accountability, and mentorship Establish and maintain a professional, positive, and high-performance store culture Conduct ongoing training focused on customer interaction, product knowledge, operational execution, and sales effectiveness Recruit, interview, onboard, and retain high-quality team members Create clear expectations and performance standards while fostering employee growth and morale Address employee concerns, coaching opportunities, and disciplinary matters professionally and effectively Customer Experience & Sales Performance Deliver and uphold an elevated customer experience centered around professionalism, authenticity, and human connection Ensure customers are greeted, assisted, and guided with confidence and care throughout their visit Lead by example in customer engagement, communication, and problem resolution Drive store revenue through team coaching, operational efficiency, merchandising strategy, and customer retention Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including sales volume, conversion, average transaction value, attachment sales, and labor efficiency Build long-term customer loyalty through service consistency and relationship-focused interaction Operations & Store Execution Oversee all daily store operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, organization, and consistency Manage scheduling, labor allocation, and staffing levels based on business needs Maintain inventory accuracy through proper receiving, transfers, audits, cycle counts, and loss prevention procedures Ensure all merchandising, displays, signage, and store presentation standards are executed at a high level Monitor store systems, reporting, cash handling, and operational workflows Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions proactively Compliance, Safety & Accountability Ensure all company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements are consistently followed Maintain a safe, secure, and compliant work environment for employees and customers Oversee cash management procedures, opening and closing protocols, and audit readiness Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive operational or employee matters Hold the team accountable to standards while reinforcing a culture of professionalism and integrity Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years of retail leadership or management experience required Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales performance, and manage day-to-day operations Strong leadership presence with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees effectively High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving ability Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and operational consistency Experience managing inventory, scheduling, labor controls, and retail reporting Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while maintaining composure and professionalism Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, retail software, and basic business reporting Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical demands of retail operations Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who understands that great retail businesses are built through leadership, consistency, and customer trust.
