Job Description

Chain Store Manager - Direct Hire - Raleigh NC National Pizza Chain is seeking an experienced Store Manager who is used to working hands-on training staff, overseeing daily operations, hiring and sheduling staff, ensuring food quality, controlling inventory, and driving customer satisfaction and profitability. Pay & Schedule:
Pay:
$22-$29/hr based on experience
Schedule:
5 day a week schedule
Responsibilities:
Balancing staff management, culinary oversight, and financial performance Daily Operations Management Staff supervision
Inventory and Supply Management Financial Oversight:
track sales, manage budgets, etc.
Marketing and Promotions:
Develop and execute marketing strategies
Compliance and Safety Requirements:
At least 2 years of verifiable work history in similar role (restaurant operations) Financial literacy, including budgeting, cost control, and sales analysis Excellent customer service Ability to work flexible hours Ability to adapt and multi task in fast-paced environment
Benefits:
50% of Major Medical paid. Available after 90 days Vacation Pay- available after 1 year 20 hrs of sick pay accrued per year beginning after 90 days
