This role is vital in creating an engaging shopping environment, managing daily store activities, and fostering excellent customer service. As a key holder, you will be entrusted with opening and closing responsibilities, maintaining store security, and supporting team development. Duties Oversee daily store operations, ensuring sales goals are met and customer satisfaction remains high Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training and coaching in sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting stock counts, and coordinating purchasing to optimize product availability Handle cash register operations including cashiering, cash handling, POS system management, and balancing registers at shift end Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product displays, pricing accuracy, and overall store presentation Conduct interviewing, employee orientation, and recruiting efforts to build a strong team aligned with company standards Enforce store policies on safety, security (including opening/closing procedures), and loss prevention measures Requirements Proven management experience in retail or similar customer-focused environments with supervising responsibilities Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Demonstrated proficiency in retail math, budgeting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and inventory management Experience with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail sales techniques Ability to lead teams through training & development initiatives while fostering a positive work environment Knowledge of merchandising, marketing strategies, and promotional activities within a retail context Strong leadership qualities with experience in shift management and employee supervision High level of professionalism with phone etiquette skills and organizational acumen Join us as a Store Manager / Key Holder to inspire your team, delight customers every day, and drive the success of our retail store!
