This position is accountable for ensuring that service, product quality, and operational standards are consistently delivered at a high level in a fast-paced environment. Shift Leads work shoulder-to-shoulder with the team, directing the flow of the shift, making real-time decisions, and maintaining momentum during peak volume. Shift Leads provide critical support to a store's Assistant Manager and General Manger. They are responsible for translating expectations into action by coaching Team Members, adjusting priorities, and ensuring the store is operating efficiently at all times. Success in this role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to lead with both urgency and consistency in a fast-paced environment.
