Store Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team to success! Duties Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, inventory management, and customer service initiatives Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees while providing ongoing training and development to enhance team performance Manage payroll, bookkeeping, and cash handling processes accurately and efficiently Oversee inventory control, purchasing, pricing strategies, and merchandising to maximize profitability Implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to attract customers and boost sales Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and store standards Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, sales tracking, and reporting Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and provide feedback on performance Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Manage shift scheduling to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours while maintaining operational efficiency Maintaining a safe and clean store environment. Following all operating procedures to protect our assets (i.e. OSHA rules, hazardous waste, security system, and filing timely paperwork) Working with other departments (sales, marketing, distribution, corporate, etc.) to grow business and increase sales for your assigned store location Experience Proven management experience in retail store environments with supervisory responsibilities. Auto industry a plus. Demonstrated success in recruiting, training, and developing high-performing teams Strong background in retail math including pricing, sales management, budgeting, and inventory control Experience with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling accuracy Skilled in negotiation, purchasing decisions, and vendor relations Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Join us at Black's Tire as a Store Manager where your leadership fuels our success!
