May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dairy Associate to join our team. As a Dairy Associate, you will be responsible for managing the dairy department, ensuring the availability of fresh and high-quality dairy products, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the dairy department, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and rotating dairy products
- Ensure that all dairy products are properly displayed, labeled, and priced
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dairy department, including shelves, coolers, and storage areas
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, product selection, and special requests
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular product audits to minimize waste and maximize profitability
- Train and develop team members on proper handling and storage of dairy products
- Collaborate with store management to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a grocery store or supermarket setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of dairy products and their proper handling and storage requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
