Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
- Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize revenue.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase inventory that aligns with customer preferences.
- Conduct employee orientation and training sessions to ensure staff members are knowledgeable about products and company policies.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management.
- Strong mathematical skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory.
- Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage store operations.
- Proven ability to sell products and meet sales targets.
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in a similar industry or product category.
- Ability to effectively manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support.
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with diverse customers.
