What You'll Do:

Learn our system and our exclusive service Consult homeowners on high-value roofing solutions Run appointments and own the sales process from first touch to close Deliver confident, professional presentations that convert Build a strong pipeline through company leads + self-generation Develop referral relationships and repeat business Consistently hit and exceed aggressive sales targets

Who You Are:

Proven closer in high-ticket sales (roofing, home improvement, real estate, or similar) You don't "hope" to close—you expect to Strong communicator with excellent objection-handling skills Competitive, disciplined, and self-motivated Professional presence—you represent a premium brand Organized and able to manage multiple deals at once
