An Assistant Retail Store Manager provides support to the Manager of a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

Assistant Mangers and Shift Leaders / Roanoke Rapids Domino's Pizza is looking for good dependable people to join our team. We are expanding soon and need to strengthen our management base!! Looking for new leaders to guide our teams to success!! Must be able to motivate team members to reach goals of the store. Also looking for entry positions who might be interested in growing in our company in the future!

The ideal candidate will have:
