A Retail Associate Manager assists the manager at a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. Supervises sales associates and retail store operations. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. May prepare work schedules and hire, train and evaluate sales associates. May supervise warehouse, cleaning, maintenance or security staff. Assists with resolving customer complaints.

Full Time position needed for Candy/Gift store in Turkey, NC. Mon-Fri 10am-6pm and some Saturdays. Knowledge of Square Point of Sale and retail sales experience is a plus. Contact Cindy at 910-533-2229
