Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team! As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales. You will play a vital role in managing staff, maintaining inventory, and creating an inviting shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve goals. Ensure proper tuxedo fittings and rental processes are executed smoothly. Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering to meet customer demand. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally. Maintain store cleanliness and attractive merchandise displays. Implement promotional strategies to boost sales. Monitor financial performance and report on sales trends.

Qualifications:

Previous retail management or leadership experience required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Knowledge of formalwear and fashion trends is a plus. Proficiency in handling transactions and managing store finances. Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
