Manages store inventory and supplies. May set store sales goals and strategies and manage store promotions.

Manufacturing / Production Floor We are seeking an experienced Paint Shop Supervisor to lead daily paint shop operations and production employees. This role is responsible for planning work, assigning jobs, and ensuring production goals are met safely, on time, and to quality standards. This position works closely with paint professionals and other supervisors to meet customer requirements, TAKT time, and production schedules while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and company policies. Key Responsibilities Plan and direct paint shop activities based on weekly production targets Assign work and ensure employees have the training and tools needed to perform tasks Manage employee performance against TAKT time and production goals Coach and train employees to meet quality and customer requirements Provide clear guidance on work expectations and standards Ensure compliance with company policies, plant rules, and safety requirements Address performance, safety, and quality issues using corrective action processes Ensure equipment and processes are operated safely and correctly Take proactive measures to address safety and compliance issues Complete daily operational sign-offs and production tracking Additional Responsibilities Ensure internal controls and procedures are followed within assigned areas Maintain compliance with regulatory, quality, environmental, health, and safety requirements Ensure work meets quality standards and address any quality issues Monitor department performance and budget compliance Provide updates on department status Required Experience and Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience as a Supervisor, Group Leader, Lead, or Charge Hand Demonstrated knowledge of paints and coatings with proven application results Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with Oracle-based MRP systems (such as Livebus) preferred; training available Strong communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines Pay and Benefits $30-$40 per hour, based on experience Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Retirement Plan (401k / IRA) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick, and Holidays) Life Insurance and Short- and Long-Term Disability This position is confidentially managed by our recruiting team on behalf of a well-established engineering firm with a strong reputation for excellence and client trust throughout North Dakota.
