Serving large, traditional-style ice cream cones, an array of edible cookie dough, homemade popcorn, shakes, sundaes, and a selection of old-fashioned candy! We are currently looking for an assistant manager to assist in operating our store and catering business in Fargo, ND.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day operations, ensuring company guidelines are followed
• Manager labor and food costs for store & catering
• Leading, working alongside, and motivating employees
• Help with hiring and training new employees
• Assist with scheduling as needed
• Help prepare products as needed

Preferred Skills & Qualities:

• Excellent communication skills
• Responsible and accountable
• Weekend and evening availability
• 1 to 3 years management experience preferred
