Service Manager Supervises:
None Purpose:
Provides assistance to the service, set-up, and wash bay technicians, as well as service manager in the shop.
Responsibilities:
o Actively participates in project assignments centered-around service-related activities at the dealership. o Participates in training relative to service department and other company activities. o Works with and shadows selected service personnel to gain experience with various roles in the department. o Assists in maintaining a clean work environment.
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
o Interest in an agricultural-related role within the service department. o Ability to handle heights and lifting of up to 50 lbs. o Capability to work within a time schedule. o Basic knowledge of computer application systems. o Solid oral and written communication skills.
