Responsibilities Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and organization. Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills. Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility. Monitor financial performance through retail math analysis to drive profitability. Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
