Bodyshop Manager•Ford Dealership We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bodyshop Manager to lead our collision repair department at our reputable Ford dealership. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a customer-focused approach to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service delivery. Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the bodyshop, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality repairs Manage and supervise bodyshop staff, including technicians and support personnel Coordinate with insurance companies, customers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth claims and repair processes Maintain compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and dealership policies Monitor and control budget, expenses, and productivity metrics Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and quality workmanship Implement and uphold best practices for repair procedures and customer service Stay updated on industry trends, new repair techniques, and CDK system functionalities
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager, preferably within a dealership environment Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and industry standards CDK system experience is required Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards We offer a collaborative and growth-oriented workplace where your expertise will be valued.
