Role Description - Picard Seeks Riker This is part-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager, located in Hoboken, NJ. The Assistant Store Manager will oversee store operations, assist with team management, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include inventory management, staff training, scheduling, maintaining sales and performance goals, and fostering a positive work environment. This role will also contribute to business growth by assisting with strategic planning and ensuring operational efficiency. Qualifications Experience in Retail Management, Team Leadership, and Scheduling Strong Customer Service and Problem-Solving skills - MUST be good with kids Proficiency in Inventory Management and Sales Performance Analysis Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Time Management skills Passion for LEGO® products and fostering creativity in others is a plus Ability to work on-site in Hoboken, NJ Prior experience in operations management or a similar role is highly beneficial Trustworthiness, a vibrant moral compass, a desire to do Good and have Fun while doing it
