This role will be responsible for leading the store team, maintaining operational standards, managing inventory, and achieving business objectives. Position Responsibilities Store Operations Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient workflows. Maintain high standards for store presentation, safety, and customer service. Ensure company policies and operational procedures are consistently followed. Team Leadership Recruit, train, coach, and develop store employees. Create schedules and effectively manage staffing needs. Set performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and support. Sales & Customer Experience Drive sales and profitability through effective store management. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets. Build strong customer relationships and resolve customer concerns professionally. Inventory Management Oversee inventory levels, product availability, and replenishment. Monitor inventory accuracy and minimize losses and waste. Coordinate with relevant teams to address inventory and supply needs. Financial & Performance Management Monitor store budgets, expenses, and financial performance. Analyze key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement. Implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and profitability. Prerequisites Proven experience in retail, store management, or a related leadership role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage store performance. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with standard business and retail management systems. Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) Retail management or leadership certification. Customer service or sales-related certification. Relevant business or management training.
