Residential Program Supervisor East BrunswickCentral New Jersey Full-Time At APluscare Behavioral Health, our goal is to support individuals with developmental disabilities through personalized care and services that promote independence, growth, and overall quality of life. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Program Supervisor to lead and support our residential teams. Position Overview The Program Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily program operations, supporting staff, and ensuring individuals receive high-quality care in a safe and structured environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings Supervise, coach, and train Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Create and manage staff schedules, including arranging coverage for open shifts Conduct and document monthly fire drills in accordance with safety regulations Ensure programs meet all DDD licensing and compliance standards Support individuals in completing daily routines safely and effectively Monitor the health, safety, and overall well-being of individuals served Coordinate and schedule medical appointments Maintain program vehicles and ensure they meet safety and maintenance standards Follow all company policies, procedures, and documentation requirements Complete additional duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred) Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities Valid New Jersey driver's license Must be at least 18 years old Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs Willingness to participate in and complete all required training Must cooperate with all licensing inspections and regulatory requirements CompensationBenefits Competitive pay Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including: Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off APluscare is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
