The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various dining environments, including casual dining and quick service fast food restaurants. As the Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food production, staff training, and customer service. Responsibilities Manage operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and quality service. Oversee food production processes to maintain high standards of food safety and quality. Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance their skills and improve team performance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized environment. Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering processes. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.
