Job Description:

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily operations at our NAPA Auto Parts store in Aztec. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills. As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations, support staff, and deliver excellent service to both retail and commercial customers. ⸻

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing day-to-day store operations Provide excellent customer service at the counter and over the phone Support and supervise team members (drivers, counter staff, warehouse) Help train and develop employees Ensure accurate inventory management and stock levels Handle cash, invoices, and daily sales reporting Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Step in to lead the store in the manager's absence ⸻

Qualifications:
