FlexStaff is looking for a Sterile Processing Supervisor at our facility in Bethpage, NY. This is a permanent, full-time position with a schedule of 10 PM to 6 AM, 5 days per week, 37.5 hours per week with rotating weekends and holidays. In this role, you'll supervise and coordinate a team of 15 in the hospital's sterilization process.

Ideal candidates should possess:

An associate degree Current Registered Central Supply Technician Certification Relevant experience, including supervisory experience

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and train team members to achieve sterile processing goals. Schedule and assign tasks to team members and supervise operations in decontamination and sterile work areas. Inspect case cart requisitions for accuracy and coordinate the transport of carts to necessary facilities. Maintain inventory and stock levels. Ensure proper documentation of sterilization activities. Monitor the application of proper techniques during instrumentation processing, preparation, and packaging.
