The final offer will be based on the candidate's specific experience and geographic work location•Position OverviewThe Briad Group is launching 40 modern, multi-brand travel centers across NY State powered by Circle K and top quick-service restaurants. We are seeking a flexible, positive Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, train team members, and step into full leadership when the Store Manager is away.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Support:

Supervise, train, and coach CSRs and Lead CSRs; delegate tasks and step in as Store Manager when needed.

Guest Service:

Ensure fast, friendly service and drive sales through suggestive selling.

Store Operations:

Assist with inventory, stocking, vendor deliveries, cash handling, scheduling, and daily paperwork.

Cleanliness & Standards:

Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the sales floor, restrooms, food service areas, and exterior.

Equipment & Safety:

Monitor store and fuel equipment; strictly enforce company policies, loss prevention, and food safety procedures (HACCP).

QualificationsExperience:

Retail experience preferred; proven ability to supervise and train team members.

Skills:

Clear communication (English), strong leadership presence, and the ability to work independently or as a team.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand/walk for extended periods; lift up to 30 lbs. routinely (60 lbs. occasionally); work in coolers, freezers, and outdoors.

Logistics:

Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
