Leadership & Team Development:
Recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team (CSRs to Assistant Managers); foster a culture of growth and safety.
Guest Service:
Ensure exceptional, friendly guest experiences and drive suggestive selling behaviors.
Operational Management:
Maintain high standards for cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory; manage schedules to meet labor targets.
Financial Performance:
Manage P&L, analyze sales trends, control expenses, and reconcile all funds to maximize profitability.
Facility & Safety Compliance:
Oversee equipment (pumps, food service); enforce company policies and local/federal safety regulations.

Experience:
Proven leadership and coaching experience; retail background preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication (English), organizational, and decision-making skills.
Availability:
Ability to work a minimum of 56 hours per week (up to 6 days).
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand/walk for entire shifts; lift up to 30 lbs. routinely (60 lbs. occasionally); work in coolers, freezers, and outdoors.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
