Our district leaders earn up to a $5000 bonus per quarter.

The successful candidate will oversee the district's day to day operations and will carry out company policies and procedures. As an integral part of the leadership team, this position is responsible for: Act as a liaison between senior leadership and the district's locations by making regular visits to restaurant's and interacting with the restaurant leadership and crew team. Oversee operational practices making sure that each restaurant runs smoothly and meets projected goals and objectives. Ensure each restaurant delivers excellent guest service. Coordinate with, report, and make recommendations to Regional Directors in order to improve guest experience and drive growth in each district. Cultivate and grow a strong team of committed Restaurant Leaders within your district.

Experience:

Five (5) years of restaurant operations, muti-unit QSR/Fast Casual management experience preferred. Flexibility to work 50 hours per week. Demonstrated ability to lead and oversee a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Working knowledge of P&L statements. Computer skills preferred. Excellent problem solving skills, results oriented, and guest-focused. Excellent guest relationship skills. Strong leadership and decision making skills.
