One year management experience in retail or spa setting Strong sales and customer service experience Ability to multi-task and work under stress Be able to lead and motive a team Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner Strong organizational skills Ability to work flexible schedule, day/ nights/ weekends and holidays. Computer proficiency Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy Responsibilities include: Day-to-day management of studio operations Responsible for achieving and exceeding goals set for membership sales Responsible to ensure cleanliness of studio at all times Assist in hiring and training of staff Maintain the accuracy of the client files and system reports Scheduling of staff Social media coordinator All with the goal of ensuring a flawless client experience and meeting established studio goals on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.
