Valvoline Instant Oil Change is currently looking for Assistant Managers $20.00 to start $21.00 to start with a NY York State Inspectors license
Responsibilities:
Learn new skills to get promoted quickly and start a great career! Under the direction of a Service Center Manager (SCM), an AM assists in various aspects of customer care, facility maintenance and merchandising activities Ensures equipment is in proper working order and housekeeping standards are being met Follows all policies / procedures related to point of sale (POS) transactions, inventory integrity, reverse logistics, cash, credit, checks, refunds and return policies Works with the management team to react to customer service issues, guest complaints, and / or business opportunities Drives sales goals for service center operation, through personal engagement with guests and by observing / coaching fellow team members on their customer interactions Assists in monitoring productivity, workflow and procedures with an emphasis on efficiency, thoroughness and safety in the service center Effectively communicates with all team members, management, and customers In the absence of any management, the AM will act as the primary supervisor for the service center, observing / coordinating operational activities Key holder responsible for basic and detailed opening / closing responsibilities Other duties as assigned
