This expansion is currently centered in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Job Description We are seeking a positive and driven Shift Lead to work at one of our Long Island locations. This position will report to the onsite Store Manager. A Ready Coffee Shift Lead assists management in executing successful store operations by coaching team members, directing the swing, and ensuring standards and procedures are met during their scheduled shifts. A Shift Lead is eager to learn, builds and maintains positive relationships with team members and customers, and embodies Ready Coffee Core Values. Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the team during shifts.
- Assist with in store training of new team members.
- Reinforce standards and procedures.
- Improve team member performance through swing coaching and encouragement.
- Brief the store manager on team member performance.
- Communicate fluently with the store manager on material operational information.

Job Type Up to full-time, 30+ hours per week Pay $17.50/hour plus tips
- Average tips in 2025 were $5.00/hr. Actual tips may vary based on a variety of factors including location, hours, and quality of service. Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Night and weekend availability
- Ability to work a minimum of four shifts per week
