About us Weiders Ace Hardware - Honeoye Falls is a small business in Honeoye Falls, NY. Our goal is to hire happy, friendly, helpful people to assist our customers with their DIY needs. Weiders Hardware is a locally owned family business. Come work with a family; not a corporation. Full or Part time. Must be 18 years of age •This is an active fast paced job assisting customers with their service needs•Must be able to assist customers with DIY/home maintenance questions including; painting, pluming, electrical, lawn and garden etc. to name a few. (training is available for the right candidates) Should have some house maintenance skills or knowledge. Must be comfortable with computers, and willing to learn new skills in a fast paced setting.
Responsibilities:
Must be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally , stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to reach to access top shelves and bend to reach low shelves. Sell hardware and helping customers solve problems. Have a passion for helping others. Create a positive working environment. Be able to communicate with others. Be a leader in the community. Open and close key holder
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour

Shift:
4 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Application Question(s): Are you able to stand for extended periods of time? Are you able to lift 50 pounds? What is your DIY/maintenance experience? What is your comfort level with basic computer skills? Are you looking for part time or full time? Must have open availability. We are open Weekdays 7:30-7:30, Saturday 7:30-6:00, and Sunday 9:00-4:30.
Full time:
Candidates must have morning and evening availability, as well as every other weekend. Full time schedule is static and consistent. This is a key holder position. Part time: Candidates must have open availability to open and close and alternating weekends and be available as a key holder.
