Tattoo Studio Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Tattoo Studio Manager to lead our vibrant studio team. Responsibilities Supervise daily studio operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and maintaining a clean, safe environment Lead recruitment efforts by interviewing candidates, onboarding new team members, and providing ongoing training & development Manage payroll, bookkeeping, and budgeting tasks to ensure financial health of the studio Oversee customer service interactions to guarantee client satisfaction and handle any complaints or concerns promptly Coordinate purchasing and inventory management of supplies and tattoo equipment to optimize stock levels Implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote studio services through various channels Supervise staff performance, conduct employee orientation sessions, and foster a positive team culture focused on growth and excellence Skills Proven management experience with supervisory responsibilities in retail or service environments Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team Expertise in recruiting, interviewing, training & development, and employee orientation Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse clientele Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, retail math, pricing strategies, and sales management Excellent organizational skills with experience in inventory control, merchandising, stocking, and store management Knowledge of budgeting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks Customer service-oriented mindset with exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Ability to handle shift management efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety protocols Leadership qualities with experience in assistant manager roles or equivalent supervisory positions Join us as our Tattoo Studio Manager to inspire creativity while leading a dedicated team!
