We are excited to announce the opening of a new Cinnabon & Carvel location in Monroe, NY, and we are currently hiring Store Managers and Crew Members to join our growing team. We are looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced customer service environment. This is a great opportunity to grow with a brand-new location from the start. Whether you are interested in a leadership position or joining as part of our crew, we are seeking team members with positive attitudes, strong work ethic, and a passion for customer service. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service Prepare food and beverages Operate register and handle transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization Support daily store operations Assist with scheduling and team supervision (Manager role) Help maintain store standards and a welcoming environment for guests Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable and team-oriented Flexible availability, including weekends Strong communication and customer service skills Management experience preferred for Manager role Food service experience is a plus, but not required for Crew Members Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and professionalism
